The tour would take you to the outskirts of Paris looking for some contemporary masterpieces and to the center of the city to check out some controversial buildings. The area is characterized by futuristic skyscrapers, mid modern sculptures and museums with weird shapes. You can either do this tour in a quick mode which means just looking at the buildings from the outside or the slow mode which is going inside the museums and checking out the exhibitions; if you wake up early and go to bed till late, you could do it. The tour suggest visiting La Villete to check out the contemporary architecture plus a picnic in the park in the morning; 2 museums by renowned contemporary architects plus a mall in the afternoon; and a sculpture/architecture walking tour around La Defense at night.
